Caitlin Redding

(Mezzo-Soprano, Angelina in La Cenerentola Children’s Performance, Vivaldi Gloria Alto Soloist, Opera Gala supporting soloist, GOS Young Artist) is a graduate of The Juillard School with a Master of Music in Vocal Performance. She made her New York debut at Alice Tully Hall with the Juilliard Percussion Ensemble, performing George Crumb’s River of Life Songbook in April 2015. The spring and summer seasons of both 2016 and 2017 found her in St. Louis, Missouri, as a member of the Gerdine Young Artist Program of the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, where she both sang and covered roles in their mainstage productions. She has appeared in concert with the North Czech Philharmonic and was named a finalist in the 2017 Pustina International Vocal Competition. Recent performances include the title role in Bizet’s Carmen, Zweite Dame (Die Zauberflöte), Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro) and La Marchande (Les mamelles de Tirésias).
