Walker J. Jackson, tenor, hails from Atlanta, GA.

Roles performed: Canio/Pagliaccio in Pagliacci, Walther von der Vogelweide in Tannhaüser, Cavaradossi in Tosca, Erik in Der fliegende Holländer, Tamino & 1st Armed Man in Die Zauberflöte, Gabriele in Simon Boccanegra and Bacchus in Ariadne auf Naxos. Tenor soloist: Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Handel’s Messiah, Dvořák’s Stabat Mater, Stainer’s The Crucifixion, Vaughan Williams’ On Wenlock Edge, and Verdi’s Messa da Requiem. 2016 Sarasota Opera Apprentice Artist. He holds degrees in Performance and Music Theory from the University of Cincinnati CCM, Indiana University, and the Cleveland Institute of Music.  He currently resides in NYC.
